We see the whole person and the whole problem. It’s time to make real investments in working parents.

Making an investment in working parents is making an investment in your company.

The stress you notice in your employees is the tip of the iceberg. Over 80% are reporting burnout and lack of inspiration. If you’re not investing in your working parents, it’s a matter of time before you lose your top talent.

 What We Believe

Working parents are burnt out. Current work culture dictates an unrealistic output without making a true investment in the employees. That needs to change. At Totum Work we help you to identify the needs of your employees and create and implement a plan to help them strive. This is only a portion of the whole approach we take to ensure success.

A whole, human-centered approach to legal advice

If you’ve got legal work to handle so that you can get back to business, we can help.

Erin is also passionate about helping companies understand Family Responsibilities Discrimination and emerging employment rights related to the future of work.

In order to provide the most sophisticated, robust assistance, Erin has partnered with Belzer law firm to leverage resources to clients’ advantage while providing personalized service.

Your employees are the heartbeat of your business

Working parents are doing more than anyone should be asked to do. They’re working while parenting, sometimes while teaching, most times while staring down a full load of household labor. The need for support has never been greater.

News

Are your working parents spinning their wheels at home, and showing up less engaged, inspired and productive at work? Let us help them create an equitable division of labor at home to unlock their potential through freed-up mental load. Erin was selected to be a part of Eve Rodsky and Hello Sunshine’s first cohort of facilitators to teach the Fair Play Method. She has a few spots left for corporate workshops.
